Looking for a double room, North LDN

Hi!
I’m looking for a double room in Southgate, from 18th July for at least 6 months (likely 1 year). My budget is £1050 per month including bills.

I’m looking for an (ideally unfurnished) good size double room. En suite preferred, but not essential.

About me:
I’m 30, I work full time for a university, hybrid (2 days at home, apart from July & August when mostly remote).

I’m quite routine-based and health-focused.
I’m very clean, tidy, and minimalist (I live by “tidy space, tidy mind”). I am looking for a calm home environment (not a party house) where everyone respects each other’s space.

I’m friendly but fairly independent. Very happy to have dinner together, watch a film, or catch up throughout the week, but I really value downtime and sleep (mostly in bed by 9:30pm!).

I don’t drink much (but happy to have a drink every so often) and I don’t smoke.

Ideally:
Looking to live with other professionals who work full time and prefer a clean, quiet, non-party home.
