Looking for an unfurnished double room, North LDN

Hi!
We’re looking for a double room in North London, from end of May for at least 6 months. Our budget is £1300 per month including bills.

We’re looking for (ideally) an unfurnished room that can fit a king size bed, and a desk (unless I can use a kitchen/dining room table to work from when I’m WFH), plus a few small pieces of furniture (but I can store them if needed). En suite preferred, but not essential.

About us:
I’m 30, Tomasz is 33. We’re both professionals who work full time. I work for a university, hybrid (2 days at home, apart from summer when mostly remote). Tomasz works in stone masonry and is onsite mon-Fri.

We’re quite routine-based and health-focused.
We’re very clean, tidy, and minimalist (I live by “tidy space, tidy mind”). We are looking for a calm home environment (not a party house) where everyone respects each other’s space.

We’re friendly but fairly independent. Very happy to have dinner together, watch a film, or catch up throughout the week, but we really value downtime and sleep (mostly in bed by 9:30pm).

I don’t drink much (but happy to have a drink every so often) and I don’t smoke. Tomasz doesn’t drink at all and doesn’t smoke.

Tomasz will be away from June - September.

Ideally:
Looking to live with other professionals who work full time and prefer a clean, quiet, non-party home.
