Professional looking for a cat-friendly room

I’m a friendly, tidy professional with a small, well behaved cat. She is an outdoor cat so a quiet residential area would be preferred. A garden would be ideal but not a must. When she’s not outside, Willow spends most of her time with me in my room. I value cleanliness - my cat Willow is very clean too and doesn’t scratch furniture. She is a bengal so barely loses any hair. Willow gets on well with dogs.

When I’m at home, I spend most of my time reading, playing video games or drawing. I like to socialise with my housemates from time to time.
