22y/o moving to London and seeking a flat share

Hello! I'm Kenneth and I'm starting a new job as a intelligent transportation consultant in Canary Wharf. I graduated from Manchester Uni with a neuroscience and psychology degree last summer and have been working for the NHS in Bristol this year. I am currently living in a flatshare (have been keeping things tidy) and the tenancy ends July 9th, so my ideal move in date would be July 1st to slowly bring my things into the capital. But since my job doesn't start til Mid-Sept, I'm open to any move in dates between this sorta time frame.

I will be working at Canary Wharf 4 if not 5 days a week, so I am hoping to find a flat around Islington, Dalston and Hackney (somewhere along the line) so I can cycle to work. I am also open to living along the Southbank from Waterloo to Battersea/Clapham and areas around/between Camden to Hampstead. 1300 is the maximum budget, but I'd prefer something a little cheaper if possible.

I am hoping to get into a house where we can be respectful and have sensibility for the communal sapces' cleanliness. Ideally, we'd be flatMATES (emphasis on the latter). Going out to the pub together, cooking meals, enjoying the flat and obviously taking advantage of what London has to offer on our off-time would be lovely.
