I'm a 30yo Aussie. Looking mostly for the right people and vibe. Bonus pts for a nice place.

Hobbies include: cooking up a lush meal (love a pasta), beating Google Maps walking times to get to places, and going for a run (now that I've traded the Aussie beach for the big city). On the weekends I'll meetup with friends for social drinks or an outing to a café or markets, and generally like to get out and about. I'm friendly, house-trained and reliable.

I love a place where everyone is friends and chats/does the occasional hangout, but also everyone has their own schedule and does their own thing. Looking for a place that's clean, friendly and liveable.
