I’m moving into this 2-bed floating house in January (start of december is also possible) and looking for a flatmate. It’s a purpose-built houseboat, so it feels like a normal modern flat — just with better views.

• Very low running costs (Wandsworth council tax + solar). Bills are about £180 total for the whole flat.

• 5 min walk to Battersea Power Station
• 10 min to Vauxhall
• Quiet spot, great views, everything close by
