Scottish Descent Couple Visiting for Two Months

My husband and I, both Canadian, will be visiting Glasgow January 14-March 16 and are looking for a room to rent with a double bed in a relaxed and quiet household. It will need to be on a good transit route as we won’t have a vehicle. If it’s outside the city, we would prefer no more than about a half hour in transit to city centre.

We are looking for something includes all bills, that will allow us full access to the kitchen with some space in fridge/freezer as we do most of our cooking at home, has good wifi and, ideally, access to a washer. I would be thrilled if you had pets for me to snuggle since we are leaving ours at home for the time we are gone.

We are both quiet, respectful and friendly and are looking for the same in those we live with. We don’t smoke, rarely drink (might have a glass of scotch a couple of times a year) and don’t do drugs.
