If the following is an issue this is flexible and can be flexible in either getting to know me first and then a trial basis. I would even consider somewhere if no guests is a rule. But I do have a partner will stay over perhaps once a week or fortnight but due to work not so much in term time. I have 2 daughters, whom stay with me once or twice a month for a night.
I am a clean tidy as I go person. Often not home just need somewhere where I may have a safe space to relax & unwind. Long term preferred. With others that are respectful and quiet
