Professional Female looking for flatmate

Hi! I’m a professional and entrepreneur looking for someone to move in with - someone who can be a friend as well as an easy to get along with flat mate 🙂

About me -
I’m a kind and considerate person, and I generally find it easy to get along with people. I like meeting new people and socialising, but I do occasionally need some alone time throughout the week to focus on my business & to recharge. I’m very relaxed to live with and always ensure to keep spaces clean and tidy. I love trying new things, especially within fitness - currently I like doing yoga, circuit classes, gym and tennis. I love socialising in more meaningful ways like through an activity, brunch and coffee, travelling but I do occasionally like a drink at a bar and little dance! I also love going to events & my favourite music genre is r&b / soul, but I like a bit of everything.

Professionally I work in planning corporate events, I currently do 2 days from home in my day job, and I run a business on the side which takes a few of my evenings and weekends up.

Who I would like to live with -
I want to live with someone who has maybe similar interests so we can do things together and be friends. Ideally someone who is just really easy to get on with and likes to make meaningful connections with others, is considerate, reliable with payments, and tidy. I don’t mind what you do professionally or your schedule / WFH days, I guess I would only prefer if someone wasn’t fully remote as it would affect bills.

Accommodation wise, I struggle because I’m boujii on a budget which never works haha. But I’m flexible with location as long as it’s near transport (ideally metro) and not more than around 30m from the centre. My non negotiable is just that we have to have a dishwasher & en suites would be good but not a deal breaker. My ideal max budget is I’d say £650pm before bills but again it just depends on the property! I’m ready to move in right away and willing to wait if you have a set date.
