House Share for PhD Student Autumn 2026

Hiya:) I'm a 23 year old student starting a PhD at the University of Birmingham this autumn so I'm looking for a friendly and sociable house share for when I move to the area. My work will be mostly lab-based so I won't be working from home too often, meaning a fairly easy commute to/from the university with super close public transport links would be ideal.

I'm fairly sociable, I love chatting, going to gigs (!!!), and just getting out, but a chill night in is very welcome too. Also I'm vegan (but genuinely a great cook) so I hope this isn't an issue :)

I'm looking to move around August/September 2026 as I'm currently finishing my master's, but am a little flexible around this.

I'm currently looking for whole rentals with another lovely PhD student so we're very interested to buddy-up with like-minded people to join us.

No couples, no live-in landlords, and must be LGBTQ+ friendly!
