Flatmate or buddy up

Hi, I’m a 30y female from Norway. I’ve been living in Los Angeles for the past 6years where I’ve worked in entertainment. I’m currently in an apartment with a very entitled flatmate in student housing. She yeeted my shoes that were properly placed in the corner next to my door out of our flat. Then had the night-staff tell me I am wrong for leaving my shoes in her eyesight.
I’m a generally clean person, vacuuming and washing the floors once a week, I don’t walk with shoes inside. I take the trash out when it’s full or stink.
BUT I “live” in the house so there will be signes of a person living there, like my shoes in the hallway.

WHAT I’M LOOKING FOR:
Looking to find either a 2b2b to sign with someone that would be cool with the cats and male houseguests these are both dealbreakers for me. The cats aren’t moving until next year though no date is decided on yet as I want to know I am in a secure home first.

ABOUT ME:
I am studying graphic design, but I am a professional actress moving from a bleak acting scene in LA. I’m also a photographer, and will try to fill my spare time acting, writing and producing my own content. I spend most of my time in my room, listening to music, doing homework, Since I’m in the entertainment industry I also try to stay up to date with new shows and movies.
