30 year old clean, socialiable & easy going

Hey everyone.
I am looking for either a room, studio or potential buddy up for London and surrounding areas.
I am a 30 year old female, I'm very easy going and friendly. I like to be friends with the person/people I'm living with. Let's make a house a home kind of thing!

I've shared living spaces with people before and not had a problem at all. I'm very easy going, I like to keep my living space clean and homely. I'm a mix of introverted and extroverted. I love spending time with people, making memories and having some fun. But equally love a little down time to myself with a book, or a good film.
Things I do for fun are usually netflixs and a take away, I love activities like go karting, theme parks etc. I love being outside hiking, mountain climbing, walks, boating.
I do come with a very well behaved dog. His nearly 2 and his a Staffordshire cross, his toilet trained and very well behaved. He gets plenty of exercise and walks so most of his time in the house is spent napping or having a chew of his toy. He absolutely loves people so animal friendly people preferred.
