New teacher searching for a place for September

Hi, I'm a new teacher and hoping to secure an ECT role in September. My landlord is selling the flat so I'm hoping to find somewhere to live July onwards. I'm loving Stretford at the moment, so anywhere near here would be amazing! Paying £680 bills included, so looking for something around these lines. I'm friendly and sociable, looking for a place with internet (of course) and near public transport/tram links. Hoping to live with just one or two people. Not a partier but don't mind a drink now and again. Would like somewhere cosy to relax and always up for making new friends, but where we can appreciate our space too!
