Aussie looking for a cool & calm flat

I am a young at heart 33 y/o girly with the classic Australian laidback yet sarcastic humor.

I've been living in London for the past 3 years, and work full time in the office.

I am looking for friendly flatties, that keep a clean and tidy flat, and aren't too hectic during the week. I am more of an early bird than a night owl, and my home is my sanctuary, where I like to switch off and reset my batteries.
Most weekends I am usually out and about seeing friends, exploring, going to museums/galleries, trying new restaurants, going to gigs or theatre shows, or when needed, relaxing reading a book. I also love yoga and have recently got into pilates, I have ClassPass so often trying new studios.

I am very respectful, clean and light footed, everyone I have ever lived with comments on how quietly I move about the house. I love to cook/bake and host, feeding/looking after people is one of my love languages!

Ideally I would LOVE an ensuite room, but not essential, and as most people would like, the cheaper the better, but willing to go up to 1100 incl bills, or more for the right place.
I am also not super fussy on location, I have been house sitting all around London for the past 2 years, and have lived in nearly every borough, but locations with a bus line that goes to Holborn will be my top picks!
