Korean Female(25)-Tidy, Respectful, Long-term stay

Hi, My name is Arin Lee :)
I’m 25 years old and from South Korea.
I’m a student now and i’m planning to move out current flat.
I’m a clean and tidy person, and I don’t smoke. I’m used to living with others, as I’ve previously stayed in flat, so I know how to be respectful and considerate in shared spaces. I will make sure to do my part in keeping the house clean and comfortable for everyone.

In a shared home, I believe cleanliness is important, but good communication matters just as much. I think we can create a great living environment by having open conversations and adjusting to each other's needs.

I will be available to move in from December 6 and hope to stay for at least 6 months.
Please rest assured that I am financially stable and fully capable of handling rent and living expenses on time.
