Student looking for buddy ups in South-East London

Hi! I'm looking for fellow students (preferably undergrad) to join me in finding a property in South-east London (or somewhere with easy commutability into Greenwich).

ROOM PREFERENCES...
I prioritise having space for a desk so I can work in my room due to being an Animation student and digital artist.

If property is furnished = must have desk
If property is UNfurnished = must have *space* for a desk!

LOCATION
I would prefer to find properties in the Greenwich area, however, I'm fine with South-east London and East London properties to prioritise my uni commute.

SHARING...
In the case that I commit to a buddy-up, I would prefer the maximum number of housemates to be four (4) -- this is including myself.

My ideal property would have 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, meaning I'll share with only one other person.

Would love someone who's relaxed and able to communicate when they have guests over :)

Ideally looking for people who are able to communicate their needs amicably. I have noise sensitivities, but can use ANC headphones, as well as being sure to communicate any noise-related needs as they come. Don't let that stop you from playing music or doing what you need to do, though!

Always happy to communicate for general house keeping purposes, in-person or via WhatsApp (e. g, figuring out bills, fridge and cupboard allocations, household issues, etc...). I'm largely introverted and don't prefer to socialise much when indoors, but am friendly if you ever have a question or concern, so long as you approach me kindly.

I'm a 2D Animation student at a niche university in North Greenwich nearby Ravensbourne called "Escape Studios". It's an entertainment arts university specialising in TV, Film, Animation and Games.

My main interests include digital art, fashion and thrifting, retro tech, topics on mental health and collecting K-pop albums (LOONA <3).

When at home, I'm generally a reserved and quiet person. I best enjoy and indulge in my hobbies alone in my room. For me, I view the home as a place to unmask and relax, so I'm usually in my room a lot, minding my business and maintaining a low-stimulation environment *for myself*.

However, don't let that stop you from getting a little loud indoors or bringing friends over! I'll try not to get in your way so long as we both communicate accordingly ahead of time :)

I use headphones 24/7 and don't own a loud Bluetooth speaker, so if you dream of having a quiet housemate - I'm your person!

I clean as I go when I make food - and yes, I also get the floor!
