PhD student looking for housing around September

Hi! I’m a first year PhD student at the University of Birmingham looking for a flatmate to move in an apartment near city center. Preferably somewhere around Broad Street or Brindley Place but I’m flexible on location. I’m ideally looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath flat or a place with an ensuite, with a budget of around £900 per person per month. My current lease ends end of August so looking to move around mid August- September start

A little about me: I’m friendly, easy-going, and really neat and tidy. I like a clean and comfortable home and I’ll always pull my weight. I enjoy a good balance of going out with friends and chilling at home I’d love a flatmate who’s a student or young professional, who looks after the shared spaces and is up for the occasional chat
