PhD student looking for housing around September

Hi! I’m a first year PhD student at the University of Birmingham looking for a flatmate to move in an apartment near city center. Preferably somewhere around Broad Street or Brindley Place but I’m flexible on location. I’m ideally looking for a 2 bed / 2 bath flat or a place with an ensuite, with a budget of around £900 per person per month. My current lease ends end of August so looking to move around late August- September start

A little about me: I’m friendly, easy-going, and really neat and tidy. I like a clean and comfortable home and I’ll always pull my weight. I enjoy a good balance of going out with friends and chilling at home. I’d love a flatmate who’s a student or young professional, someone who looks after the shared spaces but is also up for grabbing food, exploring the city, or just hanging out sometimes. More than just splitting rent, I’d love to actually build a friendship too
