A gardener looking for a new home

The accommodation I am looking for:
The nearer to Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh the better.
A decent sized room is more important to me than a large living room, but it's not a deal-breaker.
Access to just a bit of private or shared outdoor space would be nice so I could grow some plants!

I must give one month's notice to my landlord to move out, but am wanting to find somewhere ASAP!

An un-invasive person who is happy to keep to themselves suits me, but if we get along and have good chat that's a lovely bonus.

About me:
I'm a horticulturist/gardener, so I like houseplants and would be able to care for and help you with yours!
Friendly, open-minded and nerdy would be some of the most accurate words used to describe me.
I like being social when the mood takes me, but will spend much of my spare time in my room, but this also depends on what the house/flat is like.
Cleanliness is important, especially in the kitchen and bathroom of course, but in general I am a tolerant sort.
