Hello! I am a professional male aged 50. I am looking for a double room (just for me) with its own bathroom ideally, but not essential. I am available to move from 04/01/25 and have a budget of up to £850, though would prefer less! I am happy to share with males or females of any age and with any live in pets.
I would need to be able to park a car close by. It would only be short term as I wait for my own house move to complete. Just me and some clothes. Everything else is in storage. I am very clean, organised, polite and kind.
I work full time and most weekends at Bristol Audi and when I’m not there, I would be away, so would only really be around of an evening and when I have Fridays off.
I love to be sociable and enjoy a glass of wine and a chat, but I am very respectful of others needing their space, privacy and boundaries. I am a landlord myself and understand the importance of respecting others property and belongings.
