Looking for a social flat / house share

I’m Sam, a 30 year old young professional from Manchester. I’m looking for a sociable place or buddy up in central or south Manchester.

I work in PR in central Manchester, working hybrid at the office 2-3 days a week and the rest from home. Would ideally like to live with people on a similar work schedule.

I’m looking to live with someone who I can form a genuine friendship with rather than just sharing a living space, but also respectful of each other’s need for downtime and space. I’ve done shared living setups for years since uni so know the drill.

Free time is usually spent eating and drinking around town and socialising with friends - like a mix of wholesome and fun. Would love to live with people that I can introduce to my social circle and make some new pals.

I enjoy having friends over from time to time, but conscious of keeping a chill and clean living environment, so not looking for a party flat. Happy to chill together some evenings after work watching tele, having tea together etc.

In terms of areas, I’m happy to look around in town or in south Manchester, Chorlton, Hulme etc. I’m not too fussy on the amenities, but a balcony / some kind of outdoor space would be sweet, but not essential.

I’m currently living with family in the suburbs after returning from travelling, so not in an immediate rush and very flexible on the move-in dates.
