Flatmate, seeking a relaxed & tidy home

Hi there!

I'm a professional and my I'm mostly at work during the day and usually go to the gym in the evenings and spend weekends travelling or with friends typically..

I like to keep shared spaces tidy and I always clean up as I go. While I value my quiet time, I'm genuinely looking for a friendly and respectful home environment and enjoy getting to know people. I occasionally have friends over for dinner or a potluck, usually about every two weeks.

In my free time, you'll often find me volunteering, at the gym, or spending time at the library. On weekends, I usually head outdoors for a hike, catch a movie, or just hang out with friends.

Ideally, I'm looking for a clean and comfortable room in a flat share with easy going flatmate(s). I'm looking for a place anywhere in DD1 or on Perth road & in the general direction towards the Technology park. If this sounds like a good fit, I'd love to hear from you!
