Hi! I'm Avin, an MSc student at the University of Liverpool looking for a clean, comfortable, and safe room or flatshare in Liverpool or nearby areas with good transport links to campus.
I'm tidy, respectful, and easy to live with. I like keeping shared spaces clean and appreciate a quiet home that's good for studying and relaxing. I'm sociable and always happy to have a chat or grab a pint now and then, but I also respect everyone's personal space and enjoy my own downtime.
My budget is up to £450 per month, preferably including bills, and I'm ideally looking for a furnished room, although I'm open to other options.
