Looking for a double bedroom or buddy up.

Hi!

I’m looking for a room or a potential buddy up in East or North-East London — aiming to move around August 2025 when I start uni at Goldsmiths. I’ll be working weekends in Enfield, so I’m looking for something with a good connection to both New Cross and Enfield — ideally Walthamstow, Stratford, or Tottenham.

I’m 26 and pretty chill — into gaming, streaming, and history. I’m clean, quiet, and really value having my own space to focus, but I’d love to live with someone who’s also respectful, clean, and open to being friends too.

Aesthetics matter to me — I like living in a space that feels calm, homey, and well-kept. I put effort into making my room and shared spaces feel nice and motivating. Not just somewhere to sleep, but somewhere that feels good to exist in.

I’m looking for:
– A double room or 1-bed flat/studio
– Somewhere with space for my setup (PC, monitors etc.)
– Clean, respectful housemate who’s down to get along or even become friends
– Ideally, a nice-looking, modern place.
– Budget around £1100 pcm (flexible for the right place)
