Relocated to NI and currently living afloat

Hi

I am a 58 year old female from Newcastle upon Tyne. We won the Carabou Cup March 16th this year.
In September I realised a 23 year dream and bought a 27 foot yacht which I stay on in Bangor Marina. Relocation took alot of time and effort (and lots of fun along the way) but I now need to find work again. Most jobs are in Belfast. Looking for a room for work weeks - I will stay on my yacht at weekends. So only like 4 nights a week and I hope rental price would reflect that.
Outdoor chill out space come rain or shine is very important too me. I love alone time after work but I am also very sociable.
I rent rooms in my inherited family home close to NUFC. .Paying on time every month not an issue
