Part-Time Postgrad Looking for Room

**price to include bills and council tax ideally!

I'm a postgrad student moving London to undertake my research at Goldsmiths and to work professionally alongside this. I'm a curator, researcher, and writer, I love reading and cooking, going to nice bars and art events.

I'm from Edinburgh and this will be my first time living in London. I have a UK-based guarantor and references are available on request. I don't have any pets but I love cats, I'm happy to live with pets.

I am fairly quiet, friendly, and tend to keep to myself. I would ideally be looking for something self-contained - i. e with an en-suite and kitchenette, but I'm also very open to shared facilities and spaces as long as I can have space for myself and it's a friendly and fairly quiet, clean, but relaxed flat! :) Must be queer-friendly, but happy to live with any gender.

I don't need to move until September, but open to something sooner hence why I'm posting this now. Some understanding of my position moving from Scotland would be required, i. e a level of flexibility with meeting for viewings etc.
