PhD student looking for a quiet flatmate to buddy

I am a PhD student at the University of Manchester, and also a special research student at the University of Tokyo, I am also a teaching assistant at both universities. My research is about AI, Machine Learning, and Computational Mathematics. Most important to me is a quiet and clean home, the quieter, the better for me. No harm in catching up and having chats or doing occasional activities together but also I expect to respect each other's space, and just being considerate with each other. And if my flatmate is in need of help with something, I definitely expect them to ask without hesitation.
I am out most days (often including weekends) at the university in my office, studying and doing research.

I am also a member of the university's championship racing team (karting championship). I am deeply interested in racing.

My budget is flexible as long as the place is suitable, I prefer more modernly decorated apartments.
