Tidy sociable male, civil service, room wanted

Hi I'm Callum, I'm currently looking for somewhere to live during my placement year with the civil service (an office-based 9-5).

Currently I'm renting a room from a retired couple who watch the TV far too loud for me, so my priority is somewhere nice and quiet.

I am sociable but not loud, very clean & tidy, rarely drink, and don't videogame so you'll never hear me shouting at my computer. I love music, reading, cooking, art, walks, and swimming.

I'm looking to move in at the end of November, and my placement ends mid-July. I can provide references from my current landlords.

I could also do with somewhere to put my bike, whether that's indoors or outdoors I do not mind 🙂
