27 year old student seeks a single or double room

Hi! My name is Taylor, I’m due to start my final year of a Paramedic Science degree this September. Because of this, I am most likely going to be working long hours, I may leave late in the evening and return early in the morning, and vice versa. I’m looking to move to the Guildford area (willing to relocate slightly if it’s beneficial). Budget of £700pcm, ideally in a student house. looking to move in at the beginning of September.
