Looking for a cozy home nearby transport links

Looking to rent with friendly roommates in a neat, furnished home, preferably with its own garden or nearby a park. I'm a bit of a social chameleon (I'd love to get to know my neighbours and roommates but I'm also perfectly happy keeping to myself if my flatmates prefer to be alone.) I enjoy nature and food. I like being organised so a decent amount of storage/cupboard space is preferable.
