Hello,
I am a 34 year old male, looking for a room to rent (all bills included preferably) from the 1st of December.
My monthly budget is around £500 pcm.
I would be happy with anywhere in Newcastle, provided there are nearby transport links.
Employment wise, I am a freelance data scientist and separately a merchandiser for many large brands. To smooth out my monthly income I am also able to claim housing benefit and UC - This income alone would total £1.7K a month, and is currently guaranteed without weekly meetings.
Regarding my employment income I am able to earn £400 a month on top without affecting the UC income. I am only clear on this point as it means I will be able to afford the monthly rent no matter my circumstances.
