Postgraduate looking for flatmates and a flat!

Hi everyone! I’m Ria, and I’ll be moving to Edinburgh this September to start my PhD at the University of Edinburgh.
I’m looking for private accommodation and hoping to find a few like-minded folks to live with. Ideally, I’d love to share a flat with grad students — preferably other women — who are non-smokers, not into partying, and value a quiet, respectful, and cozy home.
Some things I’m hoping for:
– A calm, clean, and well-lit space with a shared living area
– Budget around £700/month or less
– Areas like Stockbridge, Marchmont, or Bruntsfield would be ideal
– Move-in around late August or early September
