Looking for a home in Edinburgh! ✨

Hey everyone!

I’m Julia, 25 y/o and am looking for a place in Edinburgh to call home long-term!

I moved back to Edinburgh last summer after some time away and now hope to find somewhere a bit homier and more permanent, so I’m either looking for a room in an existing flat share or someone in a similar situation to buddy up and flathunt together.
My budget ideally is £750-£800 including bills and council tax and since I work in the city centre I’m open to most areas as long as it’s well connected and not more than a 30mins commute.

A bit about me:
I’m originally from Germany with roots all around Europe and moved to Edinburgh for university back in 2018 and now work full-time in the legal sector. Love to cook and try new recipes, read and currently in the habit of going to the movies once a week. I am also fairly active and like to go kickboxing or running and hope to get out and explore Scotland a bit more this summer!

I have lived in flat shares for the past seven+ years and would say I’m pretty easy to get along with, respectful of other’s spaces and clean in the common areas. Of course I’m always up for a chat in the kitchen, a nice walk or a trip to the pub, but also enjoy some quieter evenings in the flat - I’d really love to find somewhere where we are not just strangers coexisting :)
