Professional looking for a spacious room

Hi! I'm Sophie, 24F and I'm looking for a spacious room in Leeds, preferably either Headingley, LS1 or LS2, but open to other areas :)

I'm clean, tidy and considerate of shared spaces and want to make the place feel cosy and homely. I'm also a musician but I would rarely practice loudly (if at all haha!) and if I did need to, I'd aim to coordinate timings to work with others. I'm looking to live with people who are also considerate and contribute to the upkeep of shared spaces, and who are friendly and chill. I would appreciate a house atmosphere that feels safe and comfortable enough to enjoy conversations and activities where people want to, but also to be independent and spend time alone when needed, too.

I spend 3 days a week in office and 2 days I work from home so a desk would be important to me!
