Looking for a furnished room, preferably large enough to put a pc and a desk :) My maximum budget is 1200 including bills, however preferrably under 1100 for everything combined. Would be ideal if it’s in a relatively quiet area with good lighting too! I’ll be cycling to work so location is flexible but Wandsworth/Battersea/Fullham/Southwark would be ideal. Happy to start tenancy start of October but happy to negotiate for late September!
