Art student looking for flat South Ldn or Pimlico

Hi, I’m an art student going into my final year at Camberwell college of arts, looking for a welcoming flat to rent for the year! I’m a guitarist, love travel, i do film/video editing as well. I’m a pretty sociable person and im hoping to live in a flat of people who get on well. Being friends with my roommates is pretty important for me, just makes quality of life so much better. I’m currently looking around Pimlico or Clapham, and am happy to find a place with another person if you think we’ll get on :). My budget is £1300pcm, bills not included.
