22 y/o student/working professional

Hey! I’m James, 21, a working professional and student in London. I’m looking for a relaxed, respectful flatshare with like-minded people in Zones 1–3, ideally with housemates who are friendly, considerate, and fairly busy during the week.

I’m clean, tidy, and easy to live with. I spend most weekdays working and studying, so I’m usually out during the day, and at home I’m pretty chilled. I really value a peaceful, well-kept space that feels like a home rather than just somewhere to stay.

A bit more about me: I split my time between work, studying, the gym (I love climbing), and chilled nights in or out with friends. I’m sociable and always up for a chat or shared meal, but I also respect people’s space and downtime. I’m comfortable with the occasional relaxed house get-together, but I’m not looking for a party house.

I’m looking to move in around mid-March 2026, and ideally stay 6–12 months or longer if it’s a good fit.

Budget: My stated budget is within the post, and I’m reasonably flexible depending on the room and location.
