21 y/o Student Looking for Like-Minded Flatshare

Hey! I'm James, a 21-year-old Accounting & Finance student at City, University of London. I'm currently looking for a relaxed and respectful flat share with other students and like-minded people somewhere in Zones 1-3. Ideally love to live with people who are easy-going, hard working, considerate people, who are open to creating a comfortable shared space - somewhere that feels like a home rather than just a stopover.

I'm planning to move in around the start of the academic year in September, and I'm looking for to stay for atleast the whole year, and possibly more for future study years.

A bit more about me: I'm tidy, laid back and reliable, I split my time between uni, part time work, the gym (love climbing), and chill nights out (or in) with friends. I enjoy having a peaceful space but very comfortable with house parties, shared nights, etc.

Budget: my stated budget is within the post, and I am reasonably flexible depending on accomodation and location.
