We're two 28-year-old students looking for a place in London together from [mid-September], ideally for the next 6–12 months and potentially longer. We're after a furnished room each in a friendly, clean household — happy with either a house share or a self-contained 2-bed flat, single or double rooms.
A bit about us:
We're both on the same public administration master's at LSE. Kartik teaches Microsoft Excel part-time, and Raul (originally from Azerbaijan) is a part-time bartender. We're easy-going, considerate, and both keep our living spaces clean and tidy.
What we're looking for:
- Rooms in a friendly share, OR a 2-bed flat for the two of us
- Somewhere well-connected by public transport — Zone 2/3 with good links to central
- Budget: up to £2,100/month total (around £1,050 each), or up to £2,200 with bills included
- Move-in: August/early September, happy to be flexible by a few days
- Staying at least 6–12 months, likely longer for the right place
