Description
Hello!
I'm a 28-year-old recent LSE graduate looking for a place in London from end of August / early September, ideally for 6–12 months and potentially longer. I've just finished my MPA in public administration and teach Microsoft Excel and Power BI part-time. I'm easy-going, considerate, tidy, and reliable with rent. Happy to provide references!
A bit more about me: I love hosting and taking part in quizzes, and I'm big on board and card games. I've played a fair bit of sport too (basketball, tennis, table tennis, football) always up for a game. I can be social and enjoy a shared meal or drink with flatmates, but I also value my own space and quiet time.
Primarily looking for:
- A room in a friendly, clean household (single or double, furnished)
- Zone 2/3 with good links to central and to LSE (Holborn)
- Budget around £1,050/month, or up to £1,100 with bills included
- Staying at least 6–12 months, likely longer for the right place
Also worth mentioning: I have a couple of friends (fellow recent LSE graduates) who are also flat-hunting. So if you've got a 2, 3 or 4-bed with multiple rooms to fill, I'd be happy to bring them along too and take rooms together. Equally happy going in solo.
If you've got something that might fit, feel free to drop me a message. Thanks!
