Seeking double room or studio, professional 33yo

I'm a professional, non smoker, female, vegetarian, looking for a private room. Preference for SE24 area. Looking for something that's reasonably close to a station and near some kind of green area. I currently work in events but have experience in the non-profit and mental health sectors. I enjoy volunteering at a food bank in my free time and I have a special interest in psychology/human nature and also spirituality. I spend time alone, meditating and reflecting but enjoy a nice chat in communal areas and occasional outing. It would be nice to join a supportive and fun community
