Room Wanted /Buddy Up – Walkable to Liverpool St

Hi! I’m Aub, 23, from China. I work in finance near Liverpool Street, currently looking for a room to rent or someone to buddy up with to find a flat.

Ideally, I’d love to live within walking distance of Liverpool Street. My preferred move-in date is 1st March, but I’m flexible and can move in earlier if needed.

I’m clean, quiet, respectful, and easygoing. I enjoy music, board games, and poker in my spare time. I’ll mostly be in the office from early morning until late evening on weekdays, so you’ll have the flat — especially the common areas — to yourself most of the time.

I don’t mind if you smoke, but please avoid smoking in shared spaces. I’d also prefer a pet-free flat. I’m also LGBTQ+ friendly!
