Hello! I’m Miguel — a responsible and respectful tenant looking for a quiet and comfortable room anywhere in England or Wales.

I’m currently renting through an agency but would like to move soon to a new place where communication and fairness work better for everyone. I always pay my rent on time and take good care of the property.

I receive Universal Credit, which is paid directly to me, and I can provide proof of regular payments and references.

I’m a European citizen with pre-settled status, which allows me to live and work in the UK for a limited time.

I’m open to renting for at least 6 months or longer, and I’m ready to move as soon as the paperwork is complete.
