Creative, Queer, Aussie Gal looking for a home

I’m ElleJay, a highly creative, queer 36 year old woman , who has just moved to London from Australia in August and am looking for a long term room to rent from the end of September. I am an AuDHDer, education admin assistant, theatre director and aspiring theatre crew member/tech; who feels closer to the age of someone in their late 20s early 30s. I have lived independently since I was 20; I’ve owned houses, been married, been divorced, living on my own as well as with others. I am a very proud Auntie to some of my closest friend’s little ones and whilst life has been great to me in Australia… I’m ready for my next chapter living in the UK. I am currently staying in a sharehouse in a short-term sublet in Lower Clapton and I’m hoping to stay in a similar area in zone 2 around T he north east London areas of Clapton, Dalston, Hackney, Stoke Newington, etc... I’m currently looking for work in either the Education or Theatre sectors and hope to be working full time by the end of the month at the latest. I value social spaces that feel like home; that also allow for space and alone time when necessary. I would prefer bills to be included in monthly rent, but happy if the full cost comes within budget. I am an open book so message me so we can see if I would be a good fit for your home.
