Single/Double Room for Female Nurse

My name is Madi, I’m a current 3rd year nursing student at the University of York coming to the end of my degree looking for a room to rent in York or the outskirts of York. I am very clean and tidy, and an accommodating housemate. I can provide references from previous landlords if need be. I am hoping to work in the York Hospital and planning on living in York for minimum a year.
I would prefer to live with only females who are also clean and not too loud, I have no preference whether it is student or professional. I would also prefer a double bed but single is workable too.
