📍Hi everyone! I’m looking for a furnished room or a 2-bedroom flat to share with a female in Cardiff, Newport or Swansea, preferable ares within 30-45mins walk from City Centre.
Here’s what I’m looking for:
• 🛏️ Furnished room (or shared 2-bed flat)
• 🚿 Private bathroom (en-suite preferred)
• 🍽️ Shared kitchen is totally fine
• 🚺 Female flatmate only – non-smoker, respectful, and tidy
• 🧼 Neat and clean living environment is a must
• 💸 Budget: Around £500/month (including bills if possible)
• 📅 Move-in date: 10th September
• 📄 UK guarantor available if needed

I’m a clean, respectful, and responsible tenant and would love to share a peaceful and friendly space with someone like-minded.
