I’m Kathryn, a tidy, friendly postgraduate student (24, 25 in December) studying a Master’s in Early Child Development at UCL! Also working part time so can prove my income (£26,000) and can pay 6 months rent upfront. I love my job as a Nanny, travelling & brunch!
I'm looking for a room with 1 single/double bed, with a budget of up to £1000/ month ish including bills. Ideally I’d like an en-suite or my own bathroom but an open to sharing a bathroom with another female.
I will be in placement 2-3 days per week in NHS CAMHS, working 1-2 days as a Nanny and in class in Kings Cross once a week. I am able to pay 6 months upfront, even up to 12.
Looking to move from the start of October but I can be flexible with move in date anywhere between mid-September to late-October.
