1 room for a female

Hi! I’m currently looking for a flat/apartment to move into around 15th December. Ideally, it should be 5–10 minutes’ walking distance from a major tube line — Jubilee, Central, or Victoria. I prefer places on or very close to the main road, not in isolated colonies.

I’m more than okay with areas like Stratford, Canary Wharf, Canning Town, Greenwich, Paddington, Wembley, and other locations that are very close to the tube, preferably Zone 1 or 2.

A bit about me: I’m bubbly, talkative, social, and I love getting along with the people I live with. I’d genuinely prefer a friendly vibe at home and would love to be friends with my flatmate, not just share a space — but I also fully respect personal space and boundaries.

I occasionally bring friends over (not regularly), and I’m absolutely fine if my flatmate does the same, as long as everyone is respectful. I’m clean, considerate, and easygoing.

I recently completed my LLM from UCL and will be starting a job soon. I’m hoping to find a female flatmate who’s chill, kind, and social.

My budget is £1000–£1150 per month. An ensuite is preferred, but I’m also happy to share a bathroom if needed.
