Need rooms

Hello!
We are two South Indian female students joining Queen’s University Belfast this September 2025, and we are looking for a 2BHK or 2 separate rooms in a safe, quiet area near QUB (BT7 preferred).

🔹 Preferred Move-in: Early to mid-September
🔹 Type: Flat/House Share or Private Rooms
🔹 Budget: Reasonable (please DM with details) 550 for 2bhk or 800 for 3bhk
🔹 Preferred areas: BT7, BT9, BT1 or within 15-20 mins walk to QUB
🔹 Facilities wanted: Furnished rooms, heating, washing machine, good internet
🔹 We are: Clean, non-smokers, respectful, and friendly. Prefer a peaceful environment for study and cooking.
