Looking for room near MMU campus

I’m looking for a comfortable, and friendly place to live, ideally with open-minded roommates who like to socialize but also respect each other's space. I’m not a neat freak by any means, but I do like to keep things clean and organized, especially shared spaces.

I’m hoping to find a home where people say hi, maybe hang out sometimes, cook, chat, Netflix, explore the city, but also know when it's time to wind down. I’m pursuing an MA in Creative Writing, so I’ll need a reasonably quiet environment for reading and writing.

Looking for a room ideally close to MMU or with good transport links. My budget is flexible depending on the setup, but I’m aiming for somewhere around £600–£750/month including bills.

I’m LGBTQ+ friendly and would prefer a non smoking roommate.
