Looking for a flatmate in Birmingham (2B2B)

Hi!! I’m 24, from Beijing, and recently graduated from the University of Leeds. I’m moving to Birmingham to start a new job.

I’m looking for another girl to find a nice 2bed 2bath flat together around Birmingham city centre.

I’m currently looking at places like Sherlock Quarter and APO The Holloway, but I’m open to other options too!

My budget is around £700 per month per person, excluding bills, and I’m hoping to move in around 28 August.

I’m friendly, tidy and respectful, with a regular routine. I enjoy cooking, going to the gym and exploring new places. I don’t smoke or drink. I’m looking for someone clean and respectful of personal space. It’d be nice to occasionally hang out, while still having our own space.
