Description
Hi! I’m Ida – a Londoner who’s just finished nearly 12 years in a beautiful Highgate flat. I treated it like my own because I genuinely care about creating and maintaining a warm, well-looked-after home. I’m now looking to start a new chapter – ideally by teaming up with one other person to find a calm, cosy and light-filled flat to share.
I’m a working professional with a love of film, series, art, history, literature – and dancing! I enjoy a good laugh and meaningful conversation, but as my job involves a lot of daily interaction, I really value a peaceful home where I can relax and recharge.
I’m easygoing, considerate, and clean, and I take pride in keeping shared spaces pleasant and welcoming. Cleanliness and thoughtfulness toward the person I live with are really important to me – I believe a good home is built on mutual respect, clear communication, and shared responsibility.
✨ I also come with my own living room furniture (sofa, table, etc.), a great spare bedframe (happy to loan if needed), and I’m more than happy to share kitchen appliances, crockery and other essentials – so settling in is easy and costs can stay low.
What I’m looking for:
– A relaxed, non-party household with just one flatmate
– A clean, peaceful flat with plenty of natural light
– Shared values around respect, independence and open communication
– LGBTQ+ friendly and environmentally conscious vibes
– Ideally North London, but open to other areas close to a tube or Trainline into Euston .
- I’m flexible with move-in dates so let’s talk!
If you’re looking for a kind, reliable flatmate who wants to create a homely, stress-free comfortable space for two – I’d love to hear from you!
