Grad Student looking for a private room

I'm an MSc Finance Student at Imperial College London, and have been living in London for the past year. (Can provide flatmate and landlord reference upon request)

Key thing to know about me as a tenant/flatmate:
- Cooking: I like to cook in batches so you won't see me cooking in the kitchen more than 3 times in a week. I also don't make breakfast, so having me means the kitchen won't be any more busier in the morning : )
- Cleanliness: I proactively make sure to keep my environment clean and tidy, especially shared spaces
- Noise: I keep noise levels down from any computers or devices because I have sensitive ears that are naturally averse to any loud or sharp noises
- Bathroom: I shower in the evening, so I don't mind if my flatmates take their time occupying the bathroom in the morning

On a personal note, I tend to keep more to myself, but happy to chitchat here and there. I also take feedback really well so if someone has any complains for me, I'm happy to hear them out and come to a mutual agreement.
