Seeking laid-back lodging

My current landlord is wanting to sell the house empty, otherwise I'd stay where im currently living as I've lived here without any issues for five years!

Looking for that cosy place to call home once more with cool, safe people to be around. I'm part of the LGBTQ+ community so I'd appreciate housemates that are the same or allies!

I currently work part time / flexible wfh as a content creator / creative (more of a hobby than anything, growth is tough) and also as a pet sitter / dog walker!! Safe to say I love animals of all types, so if your home comes with a furry friend, I'm so here to help out with any pet chores bc I just love em! 💖

I'm a very clean and tidy person, definitely cleaner than average!! I've done enough viewings now to confirm that I have high standards 😜
I was always the one making sure the shower and hob etc was always spotless!! I'd be cleaning aaaall the fiddly bits that most would ignore ☠️

I don't have pets or smoke or anything that would disturb the peace of your house! Very respectful of boundaries etc ✌🏻

I do eat meat and have other dietary needs like no gluten, but I have my own kitchen things to keep cross contamination to a minimum 🙏
